About the Unit
The unit provides on-site support services for hardware such as PCs, printers, scanners, etc., at the university, as well as technical support services for all other units. It also offers helpdesk services for users regarding corporate antivirus software and wireless internet usage.

Services Provided by the Unit
- Maintenance and repair of all computers and computer equipment at the university,
- Providing technical support for the initial intervention in faulty computers, connected devices, and network units,
- Connecting computers to the network and installing software for computer laboratories,
- Monitoring software licenses used on university computers,
- Ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of cameras and related devices within the university.
