Within the scope of the digital archive application implemented at our university, the integration process with the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) has been completed. In this context, existing documents within the EBYS have been transferred to the digital archive system, and newly generated documents can now be synchronized automatically with the archive automation system. In order to ensure the effective and efficient use of the digital archive application, an online training session was organized for the relevant personnel working in various units of the university. During the training held on April 22, 2026, via Microsoft Teams by representatives of the contractor company, participants were informed about the use of the digital archive system, document transfer processes, and the advantages provided by the application. Through this training, it is aimed to enable document search and information access processes, which were previously carried out physically, to be performed more quickly, securely, and efficiently through the digital archive system. Efforts to improve digital transformation processes and enhance institutional efficiency at our university continue with determination.
