As part of the efforts to strengthen the security infrastructure at our university, new security cameras and server-based NVR (Network Video Recorder) systems covering the entire campus have been procured. Within the scope of the ongoing work, the installation processes of the NVR systems have been completed, and camera integration studies are planned to be finalized within the year in line with a gradual transition plan from the existing systems to the new infrastructure. Following the completion of these processes, the system is expected to become fully operational. With the newly established infrastructure, it is aimed to ensure that camera recordings are stored in a more secure, uninterrupted, and centralized structure, while improving monitoring and management processes more effectively.

As part of the activities carried out by the Directorate of Information Technologies, the university’s security technology infrastructure continues to be modernized in line with current needs.
