The Support Request System, developed by the software team operating under the Directorate of Information Technology of our University, has undergone a comprehensive update aimed at improving user experience, enhancing system performance, and strengthening the security infrastructure.
Prior to the deployment of the updated system, an information and training session was organized for the managers of the relevant departments. The training was delivered by Software Unit Supervisor Engineer Burhan ÖZDEMİR on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the meeting hall of the Directorate of Information Technology.
Within the scope of the program, participants were informed in detail about the new features added to the system, the changes introduced with the version update, the processes for creating and managing support requests, and the effective and efficient use of the system.
At the end of the training session, the opinions and suggestions of the managers were received, mutual consultations were conducted, and questions regarding the practical use of the system were answered.
The training program organized by the Directorate of Information Technology has contributed to the more effective, faster, and secure use of the system across all university units.
